This Privacy Policy describes how VaulterX collects, uses, shares and protects information about you. VaulterX is owned and operated by Winners Inc. (“Winners Inc.,” “VaulterX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and every reference to VaulterX in this Policy means Winners Inc. operating the VaulterX platform. By using VaulterX, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Account details you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address, display name and password.
Payment and transaction data generated when you add gems, purchase packs, accept a buyback offer, list or buy items on the marketplace, or request a shipment. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; VaulterX does not store full payment card numbers.
Shipping information, such as your delivery address and phone number, when you redeem a vaulted item for physical shipment.
Technical and usage data such as device type, browser, IP address, and interaction events, including data used to keep the live host reveal room stable and to detect abuse.
Communications you send us, such as support requests, and, if you opt in, marketing preferences.
To create and administer your account, process gems purchases, and deliver the physical items you redeem from your vault.
To operate pack reveals, Instant Buyback and the marketplace, and to keep published odds, inventory and pricing verifiable and auditable.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service, and to comply with applicable law.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To improve VaulterX's performance and personalize which packs, categories and offers we surface to you.
To send you transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how VaulterX is used, and measure the performance of the live host experience.
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of VaulterX from working correctly.
With payment processors and financial partners to process gems purchases, buybacks and marketplace payouts.
With shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver items you redeem from your vault.
With service providers who help us operate VaulterX, such as hosting, analytics, customer support and fraud-prevention vendors, under obligations to protect your information.
With other users, to the limited extent necessary to complete a marketplace transaction (for example, a shipping name shown to a counterparty where required to fulfill an order).
With government or law enforcement authorities where we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property or safety of VaulterX, our users, or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of Winners Inc.'s business.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for as long as needed to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to opt out of certain marketing or targeted advertising.
You can exercise these rights, or ask us about the categories of information we have collected about you, by contacting support@vaulterx.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and may decline where an exception applies, such as our need to complete a transaction or comply with the law.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails; you cannot opt out of transactional messages related to your account or orders.
VaulterX is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@vaulterx.com and we will take steps to remove it.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice through VaulterX or by email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of VaulterX after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
